Recently, Wellhope has reached a milestone in its international expansion with the first export shipment of egg powder to Europe. After completing customs inspection and quarantine and clearing all required export procedures, the cargo was loaded at Dalian Dayao Bay Port and dispatched for Europe, marking Wellhope’s first entry into the EU market.

This first shipment follows a year of structured preparation and continuous quality improvement. In October 2024, Wellhope completed the relevant EU food-safety certification process, securing the required market access. From March 2025, the company began in-depth engagement with prospective EU customers and successfully passed three rounds of comprehensive customer audits. The audits covered the company’s operating approach, end-to-end quality management, compliance controls, as well as broader management practices and brand-related standards, and received positive feedback from the customer.

Following the audits, the customer further tightened product verification and conducted more than ten batches of testing on Wellhope’s egg products. Tests covered key indicators including protein content, microbiological parameters, stability, and shelf life. The products performed consistently well, providing additional assurance for the partnership.

With mutual confidence established through the verification process, the two parties signed the first egg powder sales contract on September 30, 2025. Wellhope then advanced full-cycle export preparations, including production planning, documentation, customs declaration and inspection, while maintaining strict control across each step to ensure compliance with EU import requirements and international logistics standards. After two months of coordinated execution, the first shipment was containerized and delivered to port on December 22, and subsequently departed for Europe.

Egg powder is widely used in the EU across food manufacturing, baking, and nutrition-related applications. Demand remains strong, while entry barriers are stringent. Wellhope’s first successful shipment is both a solid start to its EU market development and a signal of the company’s accelerating global expansion. Building on its initial EU customer partnership, Wellhope is also progressing market diversification and strengthening its international business network to capture new overseas growth opportunities.
