Established in 2009, the Supporting Business Division is an integral part of Wellhope's full industry value chain. It has developed two major areas: biotechnology and equipment manufacturing, covering feed additives, biological products, and animal health solutions for swine, poultry, ruminants, and other livestock, as well as farming facilities for livestock and poultry. The division also operates dedicated logistics services for corn and feed clusters. Its products are distributed across all 32 provincial-level regions in China and exported to countries including Indonesia, Nepal, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and Mongolia.
In biotechnology, the division aspires to become one of China's most outstanding developers and manufacturers. In equipment manufacturing, it is committed to advancing intelligent and digital farming solutions, aiming to become a leading service provider for smart farm construction in China.
According to the requirements of veterinary drug GMP, Wellhope is dedicated to producing legal, safe and efficient veterinary drug products, it has also developed fermented Chinese herbal products to make animals much healthier and to contribute towards food security.
The newly-built fermentation workshop, with a monthly production capacity of 3,000 tons, primarily produces probiotics such as lactobacillus, yeast and bacillus. By using liquid deep fermentation technology, Wellhope can efficiently and stably produce new biological feed products in terms of single fermentation feed, bacteria enzyme co-fermentation feed and bacteria enzyme co-fermentation Chinese herbal medicine, to escort green and healthy animal farming.
Providing customers with solutions ranging from farm site selection, overall planning and design, farm construction, equipment installation to after-sales training and maintenance. Building modern farms with international level and high cost performance.
Through intelligent equipment and sensing technology, the data of each farm can be viewed in real time to understand the status of livestock and poultry houses and provide basic data for production improvement.
According to the production process of large-scale pig farm and the physiological characteristics and habits of pigs, Wellhope manufactures different style of pens for pigs, which are mainly divided into sow pens, farrowing pens, piglet nursery pens, fattening pens, boar pens, etc.
The pneumatic conveying distance can reach 100 meters, whilst the aluminum tank has light weight with large loading weight, and zero residues of unloading materials, which can avoid cross contamination.
