In 2007, Wellhope established an internal public welfare organization, the "Wings of Love" Foundation, to provide assistance, scholarships and care for employees. Over the years, Wellhope has insisted on rewarding employees' children for entering national colleges and universities, encouraging employees to cultivate talents for the country and society, insisting on subsidizing employees who encounter difficulties, and helping employees' families to overcome difficulties.
