From November 4 to 6, the "Empowered by Innovation – 2025 China White Feather Broiler Industry Chain Conference" kicked off at Shenyang. With its comprehensive agenda and high-level participation, the event became one of the most influential gatherings in the white-feather broiler sector this year.

The opening address was delivered by Liu Huaiye, First-Class Inspector of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. He provided a clear and comprehensive analysis of the current state of the industry, focusing on five key areas—workplace safety, environmental protection, escalating industry competition, further processing, and breeding, and offered targeted recommendations to guide the sector toward healthier and more sustainable development.

Qiu Jiahui, Chairman of the White-Feather Broiler Industry Branch of Liaoning Animal Agriculture Association, and President of Wellhope Food Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote titled “Pursue Excellence, Advance Without Limits.” He discussed the industry’s major challenges, addressing issues related to breeding systems, farm transformation, and nutrition management. He emphasized the need for continuous improvement in safety, cost optimization, and operational efficiency, noting that while the industry faces mounting pressures, significant growth potential remains. Qiu called for coordinated efforts across the entire value chain to capture emerging opportunities and drive long-term progress.

To further support knowledge exchange and talent development, the event offered 10 expert-led training sessions, bringing together more than 300 professionals, scholars, and representatives from leading enterprises across the value chain. Through in-depth discussions and technical exchanges, the conference fostered strong consensus and generated fresh insights. These achievements are expected to provide powerful momentum for the high-quality and sustainable development of China’s white-feather broiler industry.
