On January 17-18, the Trade Division’s 2024 Annual General Manager Meeting was held in Shenyang, with 31 participants, including Chairman Jin Weidong, Trade President Li Jun, regional directors, finance and HR leaders, subsidiary general managers, product line heads, and award-winning representatives.

During the meeting, directors and general managers provided detailed summaries of their 2024 business performance. The Trade Division faced a complex and volatile market environment last year, placing significant pressure on operations. In the review process, the management team discussed challenges, identified solutions, and finalized action plans, further refining future work deployments and establishing clear goals and strategies for the new year.

Chairman Jin Weidong stressed the importance of better information reception, faster processing, and improved responsiveness in trade management. He emphasized that continuous learning is key to building knowledge reserves, which become integral to both individual and team capabilities, ensuring sustainable growth.

In the concluding session, Trade President Li Jun delivered a presentation, emphasizing that with a robust risk control system, the Trade Division will focus on structural adjustments, improving efficiency, attracting talent, expanding outward, and broadening the business landscape to cultivate a dynamic, energetic, and entrepreneurial corporate culture.
