"Wellhope First Lecture of New Year" was successfully held in the conference room of Shenyang headquarters on February 10.
It was the second time that Wellhope held the "First lecture of new year" training, which was a cardinal meeting for the group to clarify strategies and unify action plans.The event set up two venues, Shenyang headquarters and Beijing Sanyuan Wellhope, with live training and real-time interaction. A total of more than 20 thousand Wellhopers attended the meeting. Senior executives of the group participated on site and online.
President Jiahui Qiu officially released the company's strategic deployment for the next three years, which identified the strategic target, clarified the business direction, unified the operational policy, and called on all Wellhopers to forge ahead towards the goal. All Wellhopers were impassioned by the speech and the strategy, determined to bring all energies to bear upon the task.
The training also added the case sharing by excellent Wellhopers,two representatives of "Values Stars". Through their speech, all the wellhopers knew and learned how they practiced Wellhope's core values and management philosophy of "Integrity, Responsibility, Double-win, Innovation, High-efficiency and Self-discipline" in their words and deeds, so that all Wellhopers were encouraged by the power of example.
Minyue Liu, the Human Resources Director of Poultry Industrialization, strongly recommended Xiaomeng Zhong, the "Double-win star" - the Deputy General Manager of Business and Internal affairs of Huludao Jiuguhe Breeding Company and the Project Manager of "Blue and White Porcelain". They used a new form of interactive sharing to explain how to implement “Double-win" in work.
Yongjie Wang, Vice President of Guannei District, recommended Wenyu Li, Senior Nutritionist of Ruminant Business Line of Group, Director of Ruminant Product Technology R&D in Guannei District and Assistant Director of North China. Wenyu Li called on all the Wellhopers to adhere to the declaration of Wellhope and make Wellhope full of vitality with the concept of "The core of innovation is to create value".
At the end of the event, Chairman Weidong Jin delivered an important speech entitled "Invincible Seriousness". He encouraged all the managers and employees to cultivate attitude of seriousness, develop habits of seriousness, and improve ability of seriousness,which needed us to treat everything in work "seriously" in order to win the key to success.
After the training, all Wellhopers were full of enthusiasm. With more bright goals, Wellhopers were confident that in the new year, under the guidance of the group’s development strategy, they will work together and write a new chapter with determination and great effort.
