The “Wings of Love” Fund, established in 2007 and funded by donations from Wellhope's management team, is an internal charitable initiative dedicated to caring for employees and supporting families in need. Over the past years, the Fund has awarded scholarships to the children of employees who have been admitted to universities as well as those pursuing master's and doctoral programs, reflecting Wellhope's long-standing commitment to education and its encouragement for employees to contribute to talent development for the nation and society. To date, the Fund has supported more than one thousand employees and their families. In addition to scholarships, it also provides financial assistance to those facing serious illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen challenges, helping to build a harmonious and caring Wellhope community.
