From June 19 to 21, the 2026 Sino–Europe Culture, Tourism, Food & Wine Fair opened at Pier 9 on the Hunhe River in Hunnan District, Shenyang. Marking the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Austria, the event was hosted by the European Chamber Shenyang Chapter. It forms part of the “Liaoning Colorful Consumption Season, Taste of Liaoning Food Carnival,” bringing together cultural, tourism, food, wine, and business resources from China and Europe. The venue attracted large crowds, featuring a vibrant blend of culinary experiences and Sino–European cultural elements.

Wellhope participated as a featured exhibitor, presenting four themed booths covering broiler, rabbit meat, egg products, and processed foods. The displays highlighted the company’s integrated farm-to-table industrial chain. The booths drew strong interest from domestic and international visitors, with active tasting and business exchanges throughout the event.

At the opening ceremony on June 19, Jin Weidong, President of the General Association of Liaoning Entrepreneurs and Chairman of Wellhope, delivered a keynote speech. He outlined the company’s international development and its export capabilities and quality commitments in European markets. In his capacity as President of the General Association of Liaoning Entrepreneurs, he expressed confidence in Liaoning enterprises’ continued global expansion and deeper China–EU economic cooperation. He emphasized that local companies will continue to strengthen practical cooperation with EU countries through high-quality products and full industrial chain capabilities. Qu Yanyang, head of Wellhope’s food division, also presented the company’s food business, highlighting its farm-to-table supply chain strengths.

Since entering the white-feather broiler industry in 2008, Wellhope has built a fully integrated industrial chain covering breeding, hatching, feed production, slaughtering, and processing, ensuring full traceability and food safety. Its products are sold across China as well as in Japan and South Korea. In the rabbit meat segment, Wellhope has imported premium breeding stock from France for six consecutive years. With an annual processing capacity of five million rabbits, it has obtained EU export certification. Its product portfolio includes fresh cuts and more than 20 prepared items, such as braised and roasted rabbit meat. Its egg business holds EU export registration and cage-free certification, offering egg powder, liquid eggs, and premium shell eggs. The food processing division has been sourcing global ingredients to develop a diversified and innovative product portfolio.

The event provided Wellhope with a platform to showcase its capabilities and further strengthened practical cooperation between Shenyang and EU countries in trade, culture, and tourism.
