On August 18, 2025, Wellhope held its Mid-Year Core HR Leadership Meeting. Under the theme “Business-Driven, Professional Excellence, Rigorous Evaluation, Driving Performance,” the meeting reviewed HR achievements in the first half of the year and set strategic priorities for the second half, reinforcing alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives. Chairman Jin Weidong, President Qiu Jiahui, and Chief HR Officer Zhao Wenxin attended in person, joined by senior HR leaders and regional HR representatives, with additional executives participating online.

The session began with reports from regional HR Directors, who summarized performance outcomes, shared best practices, identified challenges, and proposed improvement measures. Focus then shifted to key HR metrics and strategic initiatives. The Senior Recruitment Manager presented the methodology and findings of a workforce efficiency analysis, providing data-driven insights for optimizing staffing across regions and business units. The Director of the Training Center updated participants on leadership development programs, highlighting progress and aligning next steps.
A dedicated session on “Performance Management and Workforce Optimization” featured the Senior Compensation and Performance Manager, who shared practical case studies, explored evaluation improvement pathways, and discussed initiatives in procurement and technical teams to enhance the talent management system. Chief HR Officer Zhao Wenxin delivered the main HR report, reviewing first-half outcomes and outlining priorities for the remainder of the year. President Qiu Jiahui provided actionable feedback and guidance, ensuring clarity of focus for upcoming HR initiatives.
In closing remarks, Chairman Jin Weidong emphasized perseverance, vigilance, and strategic foresight. He cited the principle, “Through arduous journeys, we reach the horizon,” and a passage from Mencius: “When there are no models of governance at home and no rivals abroad, decline is inevitable.” He highlighted the balance between teams and individuals, systems and adaptability, practice and reflection, as well as training and innate talent, inspiring the HR leadership team with renewed purpose and direction.
