On July 26,Wellhope's 2024 Mid-Year Executives Meeting was successfully held in Surabaya, the second largest city in Indonesia. The trip to Indonesia was led by Chairman Jin Weidong and President Qiu Jiahui together with the Vice Presidents of each region, business division and functional line.

On July 25, the executive team visited the factory of PT. Mulia Harvest Agritech, one of Wellhope's joint ventures in Indonesia. Partner Mr. Guo Dekui and his family business representatives joined the activity. Chairman Jin Weidong first introduced the senior management team of Wellhope, then Deputy Director of Wellhope International Business Division and General Manager of PT. Mulia Harvest Agritech, Zhang Jianping introduced the family members of the partner Kwok family, the sales team and the heads of each department of the factory.

Wellhope executives then held an award ceremony for Mulia Harvest managers who were honored by the Wellhope Group in 2023, and cut the ribbon of the newly built raw material warehouse together with the partners.

On July 26th, the mid-year working meeting of Wellhope’s executives was held at the conference room of Sekar Group's head office in Surabaya. Zhang Jianping and Zhao Changjun, General Manager of PT. Sekar Golden Harvesta Indonesia, reported on the work in the first half of the year, and Chairman Jin Weidong confirmed the business in Indonesia and pointed out the direction of the next step. Then, the work report and discussion of each region, business division and function line were carried out. The next day, the management team visited PT. Sekar Golden Harvesta Indonesia and interacted with the company's core managers.

The visit and guidance from the senior management team provided great encouragement to the management and staff of the two companies in Indonesia, boosting the team's confidence and setting the direction for future development. At a time when the domestic economy is under great downward pressure and competition in the industry is becoming more intense, the Group's senior management team strengthened their understanding and knowledge of the overseas market, which opened up the Group's ideas for future investment decisions and strategy formulation.
