On November 21-22, 2023 China Agribusiness Annual Conference was held in Shanghai. The leaders from agribusiness, experts, scholars, and media physically participated in the conference or joining via video, jointly discussed the development trends and directions of the industries. This conference centered on the global economy, looking at the high-quality development road of China's agriculture and livestock as well as food industries, discussed how to construct a benign ecology, how to cope with the risk of enterprises, how to innovate and change, how to build a brand and core competitiveness, how to improve the efficiency of operation and management and brand effect.

Mr. Jin Weidong, the Chairman of Wellhope, was invited to make a keynote speech at this conference, with the theme of "Digging into the nature of people and managing their hearts". The nature of people is closely related to the operation of an enterprise. Chairman Jin Weidong shared his experience and in-depth thoughts on business management, analyzed the complex nature of people, and explained in depth the methods of operating and managing the nature of people for business leaders and managers.
